Of course models need to stay in good shape and be ready to shoot at any time. Beyond that, I think having a balanced lifestyle is also important. I show my quick go-to workouts, new workouts I’m trying (it’s important to keep it interesting!), and other food tips. I hope these videos keep my supporters motivated to be healthy, even if in little ways!
