Blue Bandana Babe

As we wrap up Summer and move into Fall, I wanted to celebrate with a summer classic - the blue bandana bikini! I've worn this all summer long because I love it so much. It came with a cute matching accent piece to either tie up in your hair, wear as a cute belt, or for fun around my wrist!

I would have to say this bikini is one of my favorites. The cutouts are so unique that when I saw it online I knew it would be adorable in photos. I also love the bandana it came with. It was so fun to wrap it around my wrist, and play with it in the wind etc. Throughout the week you will all see how I played around with the bandana to add differences to all my pics. This shade of blue I would say is one of the most flattering colors on me. There are different shades that flatter different people; jewel tones are the best for me, and it works out because I love it so much.

I am a big advocate for emeralds, and stones. I love wearing crystals and sometimes get interested in what their “special powers” are. For example, I always wear a pink moonstone and rose crystal on my left wrist. I wear it in the shower, hot tubbing and even to bed. I become very attached to certain pieces of jewelry and wear it constantly! So who knows, if I am still always wearing this bracelet you may see it in videos or photo sets in the near future.

Some people think rose quartz attracts love, and it does. However, when I went to the crystal store I was needing something for “self love” more than getting love from others. The crystal lady told me that rose quartz is really good for self love and self positive radiation. The combination of that stone and moonstone helps with new beginnings. It also helps relieve stress. My stone lady was adamant that this bracelet would be good for me, and was what I was looking for. I always take their advice and then do some simple research to ensure it is what I want. She never leads me astray- and she didn't this time either. I love my crystal store, and I love how affordable it is! Stones can be very expensive and seen as a “luxury.” Because of this they can be overpriced. The store that I found has such good energy and every few months when I have extra spending money I treat myself to a few new things from them!

My birthstone is blue, for December, so maybe this is another reason I love wearing emerald blue. It really pops on freshly tanned skin. This color and emerald green are the absolute best!
